Steak Bites: Tender bite-size pieces of beef, marinated overnight and sautéed, finished with our teriyaki glaze and lemon zest.
Shrimp Cocktail: Chilled shrimp seasoned and cooked in white wine, served with lemon and our house made spicy cocktail sauce.
Potato Skins: Stuffed with a cheddar / jack cheese blend and topped with bacon, sour cream, pico de gallo and chives.
Steak Wrapped Asparagus: Thin sliced steak around grilled asparagus, drizzled in our teriyaki glaze.
Crab and Artichoke Dip: Dungeness crab and artichoke hearts mixed with a blend of three cheeses,
served hot with toasted sourdough points.
River Salad: Lettuce, sweet grape tomatoes, garlic croutons, and fresh shredded parmesan cheese, with choice of dressing.
Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce, fresh shredded parmesan cheese, garlic croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing. Touch of tabasco and anchovies if desired.
French Onion Soup Au Gratin: Thinly sliced onions caramelized in Sherry wine, served in a crock with a cap of garlic-rubbed crouton and mozzarella cheese.
Soup Du Jour: Chef’s choice, soup created with seasonal local ingredients (varies daily).

16 oz. Grilled Pork Chop: Twin French cut chops grilled to your liking, then dressed in our hunter’s sauce.
Grilled Chicken Breast: Plump airline cut seasoned, grilled and smothered in a roasted garlic cream sauce.
Sautéed or Skewered Tiger Prawns: Skewered prawns grilled to perfection basted in butter with a touch of lemon.
8 oz. BBQ Salmon Fillet: Center cut salmon fillet grilled to perfection and drizzled with our sweet hickory BBQ sauce.
