Legacy Rewards members who complete the 29th Anniversary Passport by June 29, 2025, will be entered into a
special drawing to win a share of $29,000 in cash. The drawing will be held on June 30, 2025, at 8:00 PM.

• Encourage guests to participate by completing their passports as a fun way to celebrate the 29th
  Anniversary.
• Guests have until June 29th to complete all required passport items.
• Once completed, guests will be entered into a drawing for cash prizes to be announced on June 30th at
  8:00 PM.
  This promotion will be funded through the Casino Marketing Department.
  QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be a Legacy Rewards Member
• Must be 21 years or older
  PASSPORT COMPLETION PROCESS
• Guests must submit a completed passport with all items marked off.
• Upon submission, inform guests that they are now entered into the prize drawing.
• Verify the guest’s complete name and player ID have been printed and are legible on the passport, and
  drop it into the drum.
• 29 winners will be selected during the drawing on June 30th at 8:00 PM. The first 28 passport pulled will
  win $500 Cash and the 29th passport pulled will win $15,000 Cash.
• Winners do not need to be present to win.
• Winners will have one week to claim their prize after being contacted. Date of contact will be tracked in
  patrons SYNKROS account.
• Legacy Rewards will be responsible for contacting all winners.

• Please store all completed passports for reporting and verification.
  Drawing Prize Range
  28 – $500 Cash and 1- $15,000 Cash
  PAYOUTS
• Payouts will be verified and processed via Synkros by a Legacy Rewards Supervisor, Coordinator, or
  Marketing Management.
• All cash winners will receive a printed voucher for the prize amount.
• Vouchers must be redeemed at the main cage.
• A winner’s report will be submitted to Audit by the end of the gaming day

GENERAL RULES

1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards to participate in
   any Eagle Mountain Casino promotion.
2. Must have valid form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy
   Rewards account to claim prize.
3. Passport may not be transferred from guest to guest.
4. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior
   notice.
5. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino
   Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes
