Legacy Rewards members will have the chance to earn drawing tickets for the FALL INTO CA$H Table Games Giveaway, 2025 every day from July 31st – September 24th, for a chance to win a share of over $40,000 in cash and prizes.
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
•     Must be a Legacy Rewards Member.
•     Must have an active rating.
•     Must have a minimum bet of $15 dollars.
•     Must be dealt one of the following:
 
Hand Qualifications
•     Blackjack – Any hand of 3 Card 21 without a 10-Value card, or any 4+ card 21
•     Paigow – Full House or better
•     Roulette – Winning Wagered 7 or 11
•     3 Card, UTH – Winning Flush or Better
•     I Love Suits – Winning 5 card Flush or better
•     If all the above qualifications are met, guest will receive a ticket to fill out and put in the drawing drum.
•     All undrawn tickets from the weekly drawings will be transferred to the Final DrawingDrum that will be drawn on September 24th, 2025.
•     Drawing drums will be located in the Pit area.

•     Drawings will be conducted at 7pm on the following Wednesdays: August 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, September 3rd, 10th, 17th.

2. Must have a valid form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy Rewards account to claim prize.
3. Entry tickets may not be transferred from guest to guest.
4. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
5. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.

a. Use of this rewards card indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions associated with Legacy Rewards.

c. Only one member per account.

d. Valid government photo identification is required when applying for membership.

f. Membership benefits and points are non-transferable.

g. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for untracked play due to player negligence or improper insertion of rewards card.

h. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunctions, operational errors and/or fraud.

i. Accounts with 6 months inactivity will be considered inactive and all points and comps will be zeroed out.

j. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.

k. Multiple cards may be issued. However, any guest found committing fraudulent activity may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

m. Tier points are used to determine membership status.

n. Tier status is valid for the calendar year it was earned.

o. Reward points are NOT earned while using free play.
