DETAILS
Every Thursday, five (5) random Legacy Reward members will be drawn to win a share of $80,100 in cash and
Prizes. Drawings will be conducted within the Power Kiosk Management System.
All prizes are funded by the Casino Marketing Department
QUALIFICATIONS
• Guests will receive one virtual drawing entry for every 10 Tier Points earned the day of the drawing.
• Drawing entries must be earned on the day of the drawing between 8am to 7:59pm.
DRAWING ACTIVATION
• Entry activation will begin at 8am- and end at 7:59pm every Thursday in October. Earned entries will
automatically activate participation into drawings.
DRAWING
• A Total of five (5) guests will be drawn every Thursday from 6pm-8pm.
• During the drawing times of 6pm, 7pm and 8pm, five (5) qualified random Legacy Reward Members will
be drawn to select one (1) of five (5) cauldrons.
• Cauldrons will contain prizes ranging from $200 Bonus Cash – $2,300 Cash (1 weekly prize will be a Fun
pack).
• All drawn winners’ full names will be announced over the PA system in the order they were drawn.
• Guests will have 5 minutes to report to the promotional area located next to the Yokuts Coffee House.
If the drawn guest is not present, another entry will be drawn. This process will continue until all winners
are declared.
• Guests may ONLY BE DRAWN ONCE PER PROMOTIONAL DAY.
PAYOUTS
• Legacy Rewards Supervisor, Legacy Rewards Coordinator, or Marketing Management will verify and
process all payouts through Synkros.
• All cash winners will receive a printed voucher with their prize amount.
• Guests must redeem the voucher at the main cage.
• Free play will be issued to the winner’s account.
• The winner’s report will be submitted to audit by the end of the gaming day.
Grand Prize
This promotion will be funded through the Casino Marketing Department.

• During the 9pm drawing, five (5) qualified random Legacy Reward Members will be drawn to select one
(1) of five (5) cauldrons.
• Cauldrons will contain prizes ranging from $400 Bonus Cash – $6,000 Cash (1 weekly prize will be a Fun
pack)..
• All drawn winners’ full names will be announced over the PA system in the order they were drawn.
• The drawn guest has 5 minutes to report to the promotional area located next to Yokuts Coffee House.
• If the drawn guest is not present, another guest will be drawn. This process will continue until a winner is
declared.
• Once all winners are present, they will be awarded prizes in the order they were drawn.
• Guests may ONLY BE DRAWN ONCE PER PROMOTIONAL DAY.

MALFUNCTION
In the event of a malfunction, the promotion shall pause until the malfunction can be resolved. If the malfunction
cannot be resolved in the PKMS System, the promotion shall be recreated in the Synkros system with the same
qualifications on the same gaming day.
GENERAL RULES:
1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards Club to participate in any Eagle Mountain Casino promotion.
2. Must have a valid form of government-issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy Club account to claim the prize.
3. Entry tickets may not be transferred from guest to guest.
4. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
5. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.
