Every Friday Legacy Reward members will have the opportunity to participate in our Hot Friday Hot Seats and win a share of over $12,000 in cash and prizes!

DRAWING:

  1. A total of 50 guests will be drawn every Friday from 1 pm to 9 pm and called to the promotional stage.
  2. During the drawing times of 1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm, 7 pm, and 9pm, 10 guests will be drawn to select an emblem from the Hot Fridays game board.
  3. The Hot Fridays game board will have 50 emblems with prizes ranging from cash to bonus cash.
  4. Once an emblem is selected it will no longer be available.
  5. Guests must be actively playing with a Legacy Rewards card on any slot machine or table game from 1pm to 9 pm to be selected to play.
  6. Guests will only be drawn once per promotional day.
 

PRIZE RANGES:

  • Cash – $300 – $1,000
  • Bonus Cash – $100 – $250

GENERAL RULES:
1. Participants can only win once per drawing day.
2. Drawing entries are not transferable.
3. Prize denominations will range from $250 bonus cash -$2,024 cash.
4. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards to
participate.
5. Must have valid form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on
their Legacy Rewards account to claim prize.
6. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and
without prior notice.
7. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to a promotion.
8. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino –
Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.

a. Use of this rewards card indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions associated with Legacy Rewards.

b. Must be 21 years of age or older.

c. Only one member per account.

d. Valid government photo identification is required when applying for membership.

e. Valid government photo identification must be provided for all transactions or changes to account.

f. Membership benefits and points are non-transferable.

g. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for untracked play due to player negligence or improper insertion of rewards card.

h. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunctions, operational errors and/or fraud.

i. Accounts with 6 months inactivity will be considered inactive and all points and comps will be zeroed out.

j. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.

k. Multiple cards may be issued. However, any guest found committing fraudulent activity may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

l. Rewards card are for the sole use of the individual to whom it was issued. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with all Eagle Mountain Casino policies. Any other use may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

m. Tier points are used to determine membership status.

n. Tier status is valid for the calendar year it was earned.

o. Reward points are NOT earned while using free play.

r. Casino Barred or excluded members are not eligible for rewards or promotions.
