Details: Legacy Rewards members will have the opportunity to participate in our “Top of the Mountain” Drawing and win a share of over $190,000 in cash and prizes.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Guests will receive one virtual drawing entry for every 10 Tier Points earned the day of the drawing between 8am and 6:59pm.

DRAWING:

  • 3 guests will be drawn at 4pm, 6pm, and 7pm to select an emblem from the “Top of the Mountain” game board.
  • Drawing entries must be earned on the day of the drawing from 8am to 10pm.
  • Guest will have 5 minutes to report to the promotional area located next to Yokuts Coffee House.
  • If the drawn guest is not present, another entry will be drawn.
  • This process will continue until all winners are declared.
  • Once all 3 winners are present, each guest (in the order that their name was drawn) will select one of the 3 emblems and unveil their prize. 

4pm Prize Range: $500 Free Play – $1000 Cash
6pm-7pm Prize Range: $500 Free Play – $2000 Cash

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING DETAILS: 
On May 9th and May 30th Legacy Rewards members will have the opportunity to participate in our Grand Prize Drawing and win a share of $100,000 in cash!

GRAND PRIZE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Guests will receive one paper drawing ticket for each Thursday they participate in our April through May “Top of the Mountain” drawings between 8am and 6:59pm.
  • Guests my receive their paper drawing ticket from Legacy Rewards once they meet the qualification.
  • Guests will fill in the paper drawing ticket with their complete name and Legacy Rewards Patron number.
  • Completed tickets will be dropped into the barrel in the Legacy Rewards booth.
  • The drawing drum will be emptied after each grand prize drawing.
  • Guests may earn up to 9 paper drawing tickets during this promotion.

DRAWING:

  • 3 guests will be drawn at 8pm. During the Grand Prize Drawing times, Legacy Rewards Members will be drawn from the barrel to participate in “Top of the Mountain” game board.
  • Guest will be announced over the PA system and will have 5 minutes to report to the promotional area located next to Yokuts Coffee House.
  • If the drawn guest is not present, another entry will be drawn.
  • This process will continue until all winners are declared.
  • Once all 3 winners are present, each guest (in the order that their name was drawn) will select one of the 3 emblems on the game board and unveil their prize.

8pm Prize Range: $10,000 – $25,000 Cash

General Rules: 
1. Participants can only win once per drawing day.
2. Drawing entries are not transferable.
3. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards to participate.
4. Must have a valid form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy Rewards account to claim the prize.
5. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
6. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to a promotion.
7. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.

h. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunctions, operational errors and/or fraud.

i. Accounts with 6 months inactivity will be considered inactive and all points and comps will be zeroed out.

j. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.

k. Multiple cards may be issued. However, any guest found committing fraudulent activity may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

l. Rewards card are for the sole use of the individual to whom it was issued. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with all Eagle Mountain Casino policies. Any other use may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

m. Tier points are used to determine membership status.

n. Tier status is valid for the calendar year it was earned.

o. Reward points are NOT earned while using free play.
