Guest Appreciation Slot Tournament!

DETAILS: As we proudly celebrate 29 years of service, we want to express our appreciation to you, our guests. To honor your loyalty, we invite all guests to participate in our Guest Appreciation Slot Tournament for you chance to win a share of $136,000 in cash prizes.

  • Every Thursday in September 2025
  • Session times: 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm
  • Entry Limit – 150 entries per session

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 21 years of age and able to provide a valid ID.

GENERAL RULES:

  1. Must be 21 years of age to participate in this promotion.
  2. Must have a valid form of government issued photo identification to claim prize
  3. All prizes must be claimed at the end of each session. If a guest is unavailable, the prize will be awarded to the next highest score, and winners’ placement will be adjusted as necessary.
  4. In the event of a tie, the prizes for the tied positions will be combined and evenly divided among the winners
  5. Eagle Mountain Casino Management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
  6. Gaming commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
  7. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino Operations Policies and procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.
  8. Legacy Rewards sign up or membership NOT required
  9. Guests may participate once a week
  10. Each guest is eligible to win only once during this promotion.
  11. There will be up to 150 Participants per session. Each session will consist of 9 Rounds. (8 Rounds with 18 machines, 1 round with 6 machines)
  12. 2 Sessions per day – 10am session and 2pm session
  13. 29 winners per session – 58 winners total per day
  14. All participants and winners each week will be recorded on an excel spreadsheet and forwarded to the Audit department for review.

 

HOW TO PLAY:

  • Registration will open at 8am for the 10am session and 12pm for the 2pm session.
  • Registration will be conducted in the promotional area.
  • Guest will be issued a wristband with a designated tournament time for their session.
  • Guest will be required to be present during their scheduled session or be disqualified.
  • Tournament play will begin at 10am for the first session and 2pm for the second session.
  • Each guest will play 1 (one), 1 (0ne) minute round on the slot game
  • The tournament session will end once all participating guests finish their round of play.
  • The top 29 highest scores of each session are eligible to win cash prizes

SLOT MACHINE MALFUNCTION

  • In the event of a machine malfunction, the game will be cancelled, and the guest will be entered to participate in another session.

h. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunctions, operational errors and/or fraud.

i. Accounts with 6 months inactivity will be considered inactive and all points and comps will be zeroed out.

j. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.

k. Multiple cards may be issued. However, any guest found committing fraudulent activity may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

l. Rewards card are for the sole use of the individual to whom it was issued. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with all Eagle Mountain Casino policies. Any other use may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

m. Tier points are used to determine membership status.

n. Tier status is valid for the calendar year it was earned.

o. Reward points are NOT earned while using free play.
