DETAILS
Every week, qualified Legacy Rewards members can compete by picking one team from each NFL game
that they believe will win. The weekly picks will coincide with the NFL schedule. Picks will include the
Thursday night game to begin the NFL week, Saturday games (if scheduled), Sunday games, and the
Monday night games to end the NFL week. At the end of each week, the guest with the most correct picks
will be crowned champion. Guests will have the opportunity to win a share of over $100,000 in cash and
prizes. This fully automated “The Season” Pick‘em style football game will allow guests to swipe their
Legacy Reward card at the promotional kiosk and place their picks. The promotional kiosk will print a
receipt with the teams selected to win.
QUALIFICATIONS
Guests can receive 1 swipe per week when earning 100 tier points.
Tier Points must be earned on a single day of play (12am to 11:59pm) between Monday (12am) and Thursday at (5pm)
PROMOTION RULES
1. Guest must have a valid ID and be a member of the Legacy Rewards Club.
2. Guest can only win once per week.
3. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
4. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for any prize reimbursement resulting from a
configuration error or software, hardware, or machine malfunction.
5. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for compensating or making up
for any season interruptions or season cancellation, for any reason.
6. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for misplaced receipts.
7. Tampering with the swipe play and win software or the promotional game kiosk(s) is strictly
prohibited.
GENERAL RULES
1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards Club to
participate in any Eagle Mountain Casino promotion.
2. Must have a valid form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their
Legacy Club account to claim prize.
3. Entry tickets may not be transferred from guest to guest.
4. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior
notice.
5. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino
Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.
WEEKLY PRIZES
1st Place: $2,000 Cash
2nd Place: $1,500 Cash
3rd Place: $1,000 Cash
4th Place: $500 Cash
5th Place: $250 Cash
6th – 10th Place: $100 Bonus Cash
TIE BREAKER
The highest point difference total from all winning picks will serve as tie breaker. Point Difference is Calculated by Subtracting the losing score from the winning score on all winning picks

Player “A” picks Dallas to win
Dallas 50
Las Vegas 10
Point Diff 40
Player “B” Picks Los Angeles to win
Los Angeles 20
Denver 19
Point Diff 1
Player “A” is awarded the win due to a higher point difference. If the point difference is even, the second tie breaker will be the entry time of the picks. The guest who entered their winning picks the earliest will be awarded the win.
WEEKLY WINNERS
Weekly winners will be posted every Tuesdays at the Legacy Rewards Club. Guests will have 6 days (Until Sunday at 11:59pm the week of the win) to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed, the prize will be voided.
