The Marketing Department approved the following changes to the Senior Day Everyday Promotion. We have dropped the prize denominations and made it specific to 1 day a week.

· Senior Day bonus cash: $10 in bonus cash (free play) and tracked under the tour

· Senior Day food voucher: $5 food Voucher Tracked in Synkros under comp voucher

· Senior Day gift shop voucher: 5% off gift shop on 1 item Tracked in Synkros under comp voucher

· Senior Day table game voucher: $25 Bonus Chip Tracked in Synkros under comp voucher

This event will be funded through the casino’s Marketing Department.

GENERAL RULES

1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards to participate.

2. Must have valid a form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy Rewards account to claim prize.

3. Bonus Cash free play can only be redeemed once a week on Thursday.

4. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this bus trip at any time and without prior notice.

5. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this bus trip.

6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.

a. Use of this rewards card indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions associated with Legacy Rewards.

b. Must be 21 years of age or older.

c. Only one member per account.

d. Valid government photo identification is required when applying for membership.

e. Valid government photo identification must be provided for all transactions or changes to account.

f. Membership benefits and points are non-transferable.

g. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for untracked play due to player negligence or improper insertion of rewards card.

h. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunctions, operational errors and/or fraud.

i. Accounts with 6 months inactivity will be considered inactive and all points and comps will be zeroed out.

j. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.

k. Multiple cards may be issued. However, any guest found committing fraudulent activity may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

l. Rewards card are for the sole use of the individual to whom it was issued. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with all Eagle Mountain Casino policies. Any other use may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

m. Tier points are used to determine membership status.

n. Tier status is valid for the calendar year it was earned.

o. Reward points are NOT earned while using free play.

q. Eagle Mountain Casino Team Members are not eligible for rewards or promotions.

r. Casino Barred or excluded members are not eligible for rewards or promotions.
