Eagle Mountain Casino is actively committed to supporting our community and giving back to various charities and non-profit organizations through donations and/or sponsorships. If your organization is interested in forming a partnership with Eagle Mountain Casino, there are rules and regulations that must be followed.

  1. Requests must be submitted a minimum of 60 days prior to the date that you require the requested money and/or items.
  2. All sponsorship requests will be considered in the order they are received. Allow 2 weeks to hear back regarding your request.
  3. Eagle Mountain Casino provides NO guarantee, implied or otherwise, that your request will be approved. You will be notified of Eagle Mountain Casino’s decision on your request as promptly as possible by either postal delivery, email, or telephone.
  4. Answer all questions on this form. If a specific question does not apply to you and/or your group, answer with “N/A”.
  5.  Only requests from Kern and Tulare Counties will be considered due to our monthly budget. No out of state or other counties.
  6. As an adult venue (age 21 and older), to prevent underage gambling, Eagle Mountain Casino is limited in sponsoring any fundraiser events or venues that are attended by majority of youth under the age of 21.
  7. We ask that you submit as much information on your event as possible, as this helps with consideration of approval.

Terms and Conditions

a. Use of this rewards card indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions associated with Legacy Rewards.

b. Must be 21 years of age or older.

c. Only one member per account.

d. Valid government photo identification is required when applying for membership.

e. Valid government photo identification must be provided for all transactions or changes to account.

f. Membership benefits and points are non-transferable.

g. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for untracked play due to player negligence or improper insertion of rewards card.

h. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunctions, operational errors and/or fraud.

i. Accounts with 6 months inactivity will be considered inactive and all points and comps will be zeroed out.

j. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.

k. Multiple cards may be issued. However, any guest found committing fraudulent activity may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

l. Rewards card are for the sole use of the individual to whom it was issued. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with all Eagle Mountain Casino policies. Any other use may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

m. Tier points are used to determine membership status.

n. Tier status is valid for the calendar year it was earned.

o. Reward points are NOT earned while using free play.

q. Eagle Mountain Casino Team Members are not eligible for rewards or promotions.

r. Casino Barred or excluded members are not eligible for rewards or promotions.

s. Management reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time.

u. Membership may be revoked at the discretion of Eagle Mountain Casino without prior notice.
