Every Thursday, twenty-four (24) random Legacy Reward members will be drawn to win a share of over $73,600 in cash. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

· Guest will receive one virtual drawing entry for every 10 Tier Points earned the day of the drawing.

· Drawing entries must be earned on the day of the drawing between 8am to 7:59pm.

 

GENERAL RULES:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards Club to participate in any Eagle Mountain Casino promotion.

2. Must have a valid form of government-issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy Club account to claim the prize.

3. Entry tickets may not be transferred from guest to guest.

4. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

5. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.

6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.

 

DRAWING

· A Total of twenty-four (24) guests will be drawn every Thursday from 4pm-8pm.

· During the drawing times of 4pm, 6pm, and 8pm, eight (8) qualified random Legacy Reward Members will be drawn to select one (1) of twenty-four (24) The Place to be Loteria cards. Cards will be faced down.

· The Place to be Loteria game board will have 24 emblems with prizes ranging from $200 – $4,000 in cash.

· Once the card has been selected, it will no longer be available.

· All drawn winners’ full names will be announced over the PA system in the order they were drawn.

· Guest will have 5 minutes to report to the promotional area located next to the Yokuts Coffee House.

If the drawn guest is not present, another entry will be drawn. This process will continue until all winners are declared

a. Use of this rewards card indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions associated with Legacy Rewards.

b. Must be 21 years of age or older.

c. Only one member per account.

d. Valid government photo identification is required when applying for membership.

e. Valid government photo identification must be provided for all transactions or changes to account.

f. Membership benefits and points are non-transferable.

g. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for untracked play due to player negligence or improper insertion of rewards card.

h. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunctions, operational errors and/or fraud.

i. Accounts with 6 months inactivity will be considered inactive and all points and comps will be zeroed out.

j. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.

k. Multiple cards may be issued. However, any guest found committing fraudulent activity may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

l. Rewards card are for the sole use of the individual to whom it was issued. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with all Eagle Mountain Casino policies. Any other use may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

m. Tier points are used to determine membership status.

n. Tier status is valid for the calendar year it was earned.

o. Reward points are NOT earned while using free play.

q. Eagle Mountain Casino Team Members are not eligible for rewards or promotions.

r. Casino Barred or excluded members are not eligible for rewards or promotions.

s. Management reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time.
